 Alan has spent more than 35 years building and leading professional services firms, with a career spanning executive placement, consulting, training, and coaching. After selling Oriel STAT A MATRIX to private equity in 2020, he came out of retirement with a renewed sense of purpose: to help address physician shortages in underserved rural communities while enabling immigrant doctors in the United States to fully realize their professional potential.

Having seen firsthand how highly trained physicians can be sidelined in roles far below their capabilities, Alan founded Doctors Bridge to align untapped medical talent with communities that urgently need care. He currently serves on the boards of four private companies and is a member of the YPO Global Board of Directors.

Previously, she served as Policy Director to First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House, and Senior Advisor at the State Department.  Krish practiced law at Jenner & Block, worked at McKinsey & Company, clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and taught at Georgetown University as an adjunct professor.  Mrs. Vignarajah graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale College, with a Master’s degree in Political Science and a B.S. in Molecular Biology, then studied as a Marshall Scholar at Oxford University, before returning to Yale Law School. Her board service also includes the World Trade Center Institute, Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs, and American Bar Association’s Immigration Commission.

After rising through executive roles at two Fortune 100 companies, Sam became the CEO and owner of TriVent Healthcare in 2014.  Healthcare has always been one of Nimah’s passions, and he fell in love with the positive clinical impact the company has on its patients. Nimah has served on the Board of Advisors for The Center for Supply Chain Management at The University of Florida, the Board of Directors of United Way of Central Florida, is a member of the Young Presidents Organization of Palm Beach and served as the global Chairman of Young Presidents Organizations Healthcare Business Network. Nimah earned his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Florida and his Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
